Recently having made the upgrade from radio, Bob really enjoys the 
Games on his 12" black and white with rabbit ears. He feels a little 
Guilty pleasure about the luxury of it all, but he ain't spoiled ;-).

     I have upgraded a little more than that. :-) I have said HD is
wonderful and it is. However, I have watched HD broadcasts and non HD
broadcasts on the same TV and while there IS a difference it isn't that vast
of difference to worry about whether it is HD or not IMHO. If it is
broadcast in HD then great but if not it is still enjoyable to watch it. I
think there is a bigger difference between black and white and color than
between HD and non HD. I'm sure there are those that disagree.
