[Husker] 1982 NU vs PSU

Would someone please remind me (I do remember watching the game, but I'm in the early stages of Alzheimers)(maybe I'm just blacking it out)

1.  The video shows the line of scrimmage at about the 19 with 13 seconds left?  What was the down/yardage situation and what was the score at the time of this play?

It sure was fun seeing Penn State whine about their ultimately wasted 
undefeated season in 1994 though :)  Any time a PSU brings up 1994, I 
bring up that play and it usually shuts them up.
