You can hate anyone you want to hate. No one can stop you. Solich had to go and however it was done, good or bad, it had to be done. If even half the things that I heard were involved, even half, then it had to be done.

Are you talking the entire athletic program or just football? Remember the AD is in charge of every athletic program and not just football. If you take it in its entirety things are not all bad and as a matter of fact they are pretty good. The last time the Huskers won the North division in football outright was 1999 before last year and I doubt Pederson was a factor in that entire time to this day.

People can argue all they want whether it was done the right way, wrong way, upside down way, side ways, or whatever. But the single best thing Pederson did for the football program was get rid of Solich. It may still take another 2-3 years to show that but it will show. I pick up the paper daily and see where Callahan has a top notch recruit coming in. That was my biggest gripe about Solich is that recruiting went downhill. But, if you choose to hate Pederson no one can stop you and with all due respect I disagree big time that the athletic department is in worse shape today than when Pederson took over. I can't even believe I am commenting on the age old tired Solich thing. That is completely yesterday's news. Sorry people, I will not comment on the Solich thing again.
