How did he "trash" the Athletic Department structure? 

This is ridiculous and just an example of people hating Pederson for the
sake of hating him. He hired a guy and promoted a bunch of people. No people
lost their job or were demoted. Again, how is that "trashing" anything? 

I supposed that the moves weren't right because it wasn't the way that Bob
Devaney would have done back when he was the AD.

What a joke.
