[Husker] Pederson Trashes Athletic Dept. Structure

Well, I don't know about "trashing" the structure, but one wonders
if there isn't a bit of mislabeling when hiring a new assistant AD
and promoting six others is done for "efficiency".

I think my department needs more of that sort of efficiency.
