Hello Husker Fans,

1) Cody Glenn had a sore hamstring and they determined in a pregame
workout that he was too sore to play.

2) NU was EVERY bit as dominating as the stats.  I would even say more
dominating since we played backups from the middle of the third
quarter on.

Taylor was razor sharp except for the one interception and I think
Marlon was trying to make a point since there was speculation that
Kenny Wilson might pass him on the depth chart.

I've felt all year long that Marlon was truly our best back (I didn't
coming into this year, until after the first game).  He is the best
all-around runner.  He's got great speed, but he can also make a few
yards when the hole isn't there and I don't know if Kenny can do that
very well.  Brandon can get a few yards on a tough down, but he's
nowhere near as fast as Lucky and Wilson, or at least doesn't appear
to be.

I took my 7 year old daughter to her first game and the whole way back
to the car she kept shouting 'Go Big Red' in a cute little 7 year old
voice :)

What a great game.  This is a better Troy team and we absolutely made
them look silly.

Last but not least, big kudos to the defense, they were spectacular!
