[Husker] Mildcats receiver arrested (fwd)

Lest anyone be confused, this refers to KSU receiver Rashaad Norwood.

He was arrested Sunday and charged with two misdemeanors, disorderly 
conduct and obstruction of the legal process.  (I have no idea what the 
latter means, is that kind of like 'resisting arrest'?)
