Hello Husker Fans,

MN> New Hampshire's passing attack would give more than a few 1-A teams
MN> trouble, that's why they're rated #2 in 1-AA. IMHO, they're a much better
MN> team than Montana State.

Are you trying to justify a loss vs a 1-AA opponent? I hope we never
get to that point @ NU (no offense, I'm sorry for their struggles)

MN> Too bad about Buffalo's loss in OT. I hope the school gives Turner several
MN> years to build something there. (Syracuse lost in OT to Iowa, maybe the
MN> Orange is on the verge of rebounding?)

This is just about as good as a win for Turner. This program will
give him a LOT of slack to rebuild. When a program is as 'low' as
Buffalo, they give you quite a bit of room to turn things around.

MN> FSU is struggling against Troy, though I suspect not many people are
MN> watching it, since OSU-Texas is also on. Texas doesn't look sharp yet.

I was SHOCKED to see this. FSU ended up winning but they had to score
twice late in the game to do so. WOW. Do we have to really pay
attention to Sept. 23?

MN> The Husker's reality check in the LA Coliseum next week is getting plenty of
MN> mention on ABC tonight. Any word on the early line? USC should be favored,
MN> probably by 10 points or more.

I saw a line of 12 on one betting site, but I haven't seen too many
sites that have next week's lines.
