Too bad for Buffalo and Turner Gill.  It got exciting when BG matched
Buffalo's missed PAT kick in the 2nd OT.  In the 3rd OT Buffalo advanced
a fumble for what might have been a TD but the whistle blew because you
cannot advance a fumble on 4th down.  Despite what a poster on
Huskerpedia is claiming, this is *not* a rule because of the
fumblerooskie, which has nothing to do at all with 4th down.  Instead
the rule came about when the Oakland Raiders kept a ball alive by
fumbling, kicking, and finally falling on the ball in the end zone.
