There aren't six-figure (per game) rights payments associated with those 
events.  And technically the Huskers are 21st in both polls.  :-)

However, I think there's a fairly good chance that more Boise State
games will be available on TV in Lincoln than Husker games this year,
and there's something really odd about that.

USC had a streak of something like 20 years of having ALL their games
televised broken back in the late 1990's.  How many years have all 
the Husker games been televised?
