I've seen the ads also, but the game is not listed in the program  
guide.  The Dish website has a page where they list this week's pay- 
per-view games.  There are three of them, and they correspond with  
the ones that show up in the program guide.  But the NU vs. Nicholls  
State game does not show up in either place...only on the ads that  
run promoting the pay per view games.  Weird.
