Ganz hasn't played enough for anyone on this List to have either 
faith or no faith in his playing ability.

Nevertheless, what we saw from him today was more than adequate from 
a redshirt sophomore in his very first Division I appearance.

I wouldn't call today's performance "crisp" but rather "sluggish." It 
seemed to me the Huskers couldn't or at least didn't get "up" 
sufficiently to warrant calling their play "crisp." Yet, they have 
taken strides in seven-league boots compared to last season's opener.

Agreed.

Early in the third quarter the running game almost reminded me of 
former days. The opening third-quarter drive for a TD 
was...well...convincing.
