Toledo quarterback last year threw for 29 TDs and Toledo scored 36ppg. 
The hung 45 on UTEP in the bowl game win too.  The new guy threw for 39-49 
for 367 yards, which is impressive.  They must have a good offensive 
scheme going on there.

Giving up 43 is a little misleading...   The score was just 23-23 at the 
end of regulation and that's not necessarily bad defense.
