[Husker] These new clock rules are absolutely dreadful

Coach Callahan addressed the second change a week or so ago by 
saying, in effect, that the Husker offense will not need to huddle 
before the first snap following a change of possession because the 
play will have been called on the sidelines before players run onto 
the field.
