It was reported last week that since we have 6 wins we are bowl eligable but with the addition of the extra game are we now or do we have to have 7. Is 6-6 good enough. And if we finish 6-6 and somehow win the north and then lose the championship game are we? I dont think we can finish 6-6 and win the North because of the tie breaker with MU but would we be bowl eligable? I was thinking you had to have 6 wins and a better then 500 record or did that change now?

After watching the game yesterday to me the scary thing is this team
could easily have five losses at regular seasons end. I think Colorado
probably is a sure win but Missouri and A&M wouldn't be. Now we could win
the rest and be 9-3, too. But, 7-5 wouldn't just shock me terribly. I
always have it in the back of my mind the highest rated team we have beaten
this year was K-State. At the time we played them they were ranked 53rd.
They are now 70th. Prior to yesterday Missouri was ranked 19th. The below
is what I am using for ranking information. Where anyone is ranked is, of
course, dependant on what poll you are referencing. The reason I like this
one is it ranks all Division One teams and it is at least a point of
reference.

I never learned anything when I was the one doing the talking.
