     I don't want to get into the middle of anything here.  One thing to 
keep in mind as well is just because someone missed a tackle, ran a 
wrong route, or whatever doesn't mean the coaches aren't doing their 
job.  You can coach until your blue in the face but the player still has 
to execute.  Without trying to put words in your mouth I think this is 
another way of saying what you're saying.
