[Husker] tired?

Disagree completely.

Tired? You're 20 years old and you're tired, after a week? Who the hell
says something like that. A homer like Jim Rose. Tired. You think Adam
Carriker was tired? Didn't play like it. We don't have the defense we
thought we had.

There's all sorts of reasons, and they don't include being tired. Example
- Greg Austin - who left the field (AGAIN) after injury. Why isn't Lydon
Murtha starting? He has all the phsyical skills, but not the heart. Why is
Greg Austin playing after Lord know how many knee problems? Heart, guts,
will. Don't insult these guys by saying they were tired, because it is.
They didn't play well, and I think the coaching went completely haywire.

We run our butts off in two road wins, and in this game, we decide to
throw the ball? What's up with that?

Texas is going to get beat by Tech because the Longhorns secondary sucks,
and because Tech hates them with a passion that we cannot understand until
a weekend during Thanksgiving. Texas isn't as good as we think they are,
Tech isn't as bad. And to be blunt, since I seem to be on a roll, and I'm
really ticked off, Texas coaching isn't as good as what we think it is.

How's that for a nutshell. <G>
