That flag was in the air before Purify said anything.
On a bigger scale, this team just does not protect the football. It is a wonder they don't give games away every week because of carelessness. For all that Taylor has done for this team he still makes bonehead plays by not protecting the football well enough. Missouri loses and opens the door for Nebraska to take a commanding lead in the North, and they pull this one out of the hat today against a team that will be lucky to get 7 wins. Unreal.
