The wind speed issue --- every graphic I saw that was put up when UT or Neb  
was punting into the wind was 15 to 19mph NOT 30mph, which is like saying 
50yds  is the same as 58yds.
 
If the kid could legitimately make a 58yd kick in a swirling wind in 35  
degree wet weather vs. the #1 kick blocking team this decade then the  Coaches 
would have tried it.
