Moving up is dependent on whether teams above you lose or win.
If few team lose you can't move up. If there is a big shake up with  losses 
it is much easier to move up ---- regardless of who you beat (ISU) or  lose to 
#5/#9 Texas, drop 2 spots and get jumped by teams that won. It's  not about 
strength of schedule as much as Wins/Losses.
