[Husker] Bowden: Pass to Nunn was a mistake

Why not stay on the ground? Because we gained like 40 yards on 30  tries.  
Same can be said for a run.
 
Positive- 1. Run for correct yardage
 Negative 2. Run - stopped behind line
              3. fumble on hand off
               4 Fumble when tackled
Remember - this is the WCO.  A short pass is completed with as high a  
percentage as a hand-off.  I like the guts and confidence it shows in  Taylor and 
Nunn.

With ANY pass play you have 4 outcomes and a great  coach once 
said.....................three of 'em aren't good........

-Incomplete (also stops the clock) 
-Interception 
-Completion and fumble

-Complete pass with  no turnover 



When Taylor  went back to pass I had that "throwup" feeling in the pit of my  
stomach. 

WHY NOT JUST STAY ON THE  GROUND?
