     There is one thing I like about the NFL better than college football.  In the NFL all you need to do is win.  It doesn't matter how you look, margin of victory, quality of opponent, strength of schedule, and all of that.  All that is necessary to know is did you win or did you lose, period.  NU dropped to 20th after yesterday.  I guess I have to pose the question, how do you move up four places by beating Iowa State and fall four places by losing by two to Texas, the fifth ranked team?  It makes absolutely no sense to me either way.  One might think by coming that close to Texas, and could have easily won, we might even move up a little but certainly not drop.
