I am with you in that it would be wonderful to see a Husker win
Saturday. If Texas plays to the very best of their ability and NU plays to
the best of their ability Texas should win by 15-20 points. I see where the
points are NU plus six. If I am a betting man my money is on Texas on that
one. But, we all know teams don't always play to the best of the ability
and if Texas is a little off or takes NU lightly then anything could happen.
But, it will take Texas to be off or turn the ball over a number of times
for NU to win.

I guess the telltale sign for me is while NU is 6-1 none of those wins
have come against a team of any quality. These next five games are really
going to tell a lot. My guess is one of two things will happen. After
these five games it will leave NU fans really jacked up or really
disappointed and it is hard to tell which. Here's hoping it is jacked up.
My prediction for the year before it started was losses to USC and Texas and
then another 1-2 losses elsewhere for a 3-4 loss season which is still a
decent season with a bowl trip. I still pretty much see it that way.
