Question:  Can two players with the same number, on the same team, legally 
be involved in the same play?

I noticed while watching a recording of the KU game, both Taylor (#13) and 
McKeon (#13) where lined up at the same time.  The play was the attempt to 
draw KU offside prior to a punt on 4th down in the first quarter.
