     In my opinion, this nails it.  This is not the Kansas team of 
yesteryear.  Mangino is and will be building a winner.  Kansas will be a 
formidable opponent as long as Mangino is there.  It is not so much NU has 
fallen.  It is others have figured it out and caught up.
