[Husker] No Personal Foul?

I was at the game with the best seats I've ever had at a Husker game
(other than the Spring Games). 22 rows up, 30 yard line, West
Stadium. It maybe went both ways, but I saw a LOT of holding
penalties that were never called. This could partially explain why
our D-line never got any pressure. I saw one play where Moore was
literally dragging an O lineman with him as the O lineman hung on
from behind. Not just for awhile, for a number of seconds. No
call. For whatever reason, these refs really "let them play". I
guess maybe it went both ways, but jeez...you'd like the rules to be
enforced somewhat, at least for consistencies' sake so that the
players know what to expect week to week.
