[Husker] No Personal Foul?

I saw that and I thought the same thing.
He was still on his knees when he was hit.
We all thought there should have been a personal foul.
How could the ref miss this? He was standing right there.

One could argue that the player thought maybe Wilson had come out of

end zone, thus making him "fair game", but that is ridiculous -- a
player is down when he takes a knee, no matter where he is.  Did 
anyone
else notice this?
