Probably the same ref missing this that blew the lateral play dead early...

Subject: [Husker] No Personal Foul?

One question I had during the Kansas game came after a KU kickoff that
was fielded by somebody -- Wilson, maybe? This was the return where
Wilson got the ball in the end zone, started to bring it out, and then
took a knee before he got out of the end zone. My question had nothing
to do with whether or not he had actually exited the end zone; rather,
once he had taken a knee, and I believe he was standing up, a KU player
hit him pretty hard. Was wondering why this wasn't a personal foul?
One could argue that the player thought maybe Wilson had come out of the
end zone, thus making him "fair game", but that is ridiculous -- a
player is down when he takes a knee, no matter where he is. Did anyone
else notice this?
