[Husker] Staying Warm at the Game

I was inspired by this article....

to write an article about how to stay warm in extremely cold conditions. 

What gets me is that the guy writes this: 
 Ah, but there's the question. Will OU's running backs be able to hold on 
to the football in hand-freezing conditions? And how effective will 
Thompson be throwing a football that becomes heavier in colder weather?

as if Oklahoma is the only one that'll have to deal with the conditions. 
Wind chill is expected in the single digits - the idea that Nebraska will 
be acclimated to that weather is silly - it affects everyone equally.
