[Husker] Hawkins Quote

With all the talk recently about CU's Hawkins saying something to the effect of 'the worst day as a Buff is better than the best day as a Husker' (to paraphrase) has me thinking that this attitude is one of the reasons CU is one of the the laughing stocks of college football! I wonder if the boosters, alumni or even the administration there shares Hawkins' attitude? I'm sure recruits love to hear that stuff too, especially the week before a 37-14 loss. CU is and will always be an embarrassment to the Big 12, as well as college football in general as far as I'm concerned, and Hawkins seems to fit right in with the rest of the clowns in that program.
