I would be very skeptical of that number, especially
considering the source.  Each school gets a certain
number of tickets in their allotment, and I would
assume that those are all spoken for.  The rest have
been for sale to Chiefs season ticket holders first,
and the rest are up for sale via TicketMaster. 
Arrowhead holds about 80,000.

I would imagine that many have been sold to Texas fans
and many to fans in the Kansas City area.

I wouldn't be surprised if there ends up being 60,000
Husker fans there next Saturday night, though. 
However, I don't think there is to accurately track
that number.  Jim Rose was alleged to say that 58,000
tickets have been sold to Nebraska addresses, but
considering that Ticketmaster still has tickets for
sale, and that there are many Husker fans outside the
state who are planning to attend, that figure sounds
absurd.
