[Husker] Bowls

This is correct and how things would be done if there were no other
negotiations taking place. My feeling from talking with the Holiday Bowl
Rep. is that negotiations take place between the bowls even though there is
a "pecking order". I came away with the feeling that the Holiday Bowl would
allow the Gator to make their pick first, if everything plays out and a
little $$$$ is on the table. He made it sound like the Gator Bowl is
worried about the number of fans they can or have drawn the past few years.
Of course he did not come directly out and say this or write it on paper for
me, but that is the feeling I came away with while talking with him for
20-30 minutes. If I remember correctly he has been with the Holiday Bowl
"Team" for about fifteen years. It was a very interesting conversation.
