You are right. When I looked at the standings last night it had aTm with only 2 loses but it had not yet been updated and I assumed it had been. As the old saying goes never assume because you only... well you know the rest. So that means if OU wins out the aTm vs TU game will have new meaning. If TU loses we play OU and if TU wins we play them.

A three way tie is not possible..  Texas A&M already has 3 conference 
losses.  Under your scenario, Oklahoma and Texas would be tied with 2 
conference losses.  Texas would win that tiebreaker by virtue of beating 
OU earlier in the season.
