Nobody is calling the BTN the "pinnacle of success".
But it is definitely progress.

Stupid question. The Huskers have clearly improved.

2004: 3-5 in the B12
2005: 4-4
2006: 5-3 (plus B12 Championship game)

Do some people really think NU will win out? That's
a pretty brave expectation. I hope those people don't
have a meltdown when we lose a game.

There is no question now.

FS failed to play in the B12 Championship game in 2000.
FS failed to play in the B12 Championship game in 2001.
FS failed to play in the B12 Championship game in 2002.
FS failed to play in the B12 Championship game in 2003.

Playing the the B12 Championship game is progress.

Forget the 1st recruiting class. BC had what (14 days?)
to recruit that class? Instead of the usual 14 months.

As for the 2nd JUCO recruiting class, BC had a major hit
with Zac Taylor. Anthing else was gravy.

Cheers,
Steven
