[Husker] : Lees condition

Here is a note that I just got from Jeff about Lee:

Hello everyone this is Jeff, Lees' son again.My father is showing small
improvements now and then. He is on sedatives still until his lungs get
stabilized,which by the way are starting to show inprovement, but like the
rest of him it will be baby steps. The respirator comes out on Monday and a
traecea will be inserted and a feeding tube will be inserted in the abdomen
so that will free up his vocal chord and I am glad I leave for Sweden (home)
today because I really don't want to here those first lovely words he will
have to say!!!! HA! HA! He has been running a temp for about a day or so now
at about 100%-So please think of him and pray for him. ha has a long road
ahead. Unfortunately I must go back home today and my wonderful sister and
her family will be taking turns to help him. If you would like to call her
to hear about his condition she can be reached at 402-719-5629-She does work
during the day so please try to call her in the early evening hours.Thank
you all once again for your prayers and kind words about my dad. He has a
wonderful support group. And I know he would be tickled pink to know how
many people care for him!!! Thanks a million!!!!
