Speaking of some of the former Huskers, it was a good
day all around. Turner Gill's Buffalo Bulls had a
great 2nd half in turning a 14-0 deficit into a 41-14
victory over Kent State. The Kent loss allowed Ohio
to move into sole possession of 1st place in the MAC
East with 2 games to play. Ohio is also bowl eligible
for the first time in 38 years with a 16-10 win over
Eastern Michigan.

And Joe Dailey had a nice performance at Notre Dame
today, going 14 for 22 for 214 yards and 3 touchdown
passes. I believe NBC named him North Carolina's
player of the game
