After the OSU game Adrian Fiala noted adjustments by OSU's offensive
coaches. McKeon also noted injuries and fatigue in the defense in the LJS.

Subject: [Husker] Someone answer why
I'm curious as to these numbers. Maybe someone on the list can give a good
answer to this.
I totaled up the points scored by the Huskers and their opponents (by
quarter) thus far through the season.
I noticed a strange anomaly.
Huskers - Opponent by quarters
1st Quarter 86 - 10
2nd Quarter 83 - 67
3rd Quarter 42 - 19
4th Quarter 90 - 61
Huskers - 3 Losses by quarters
1st Quarter 20 - 10
2nd Quarter 13 - 40
3rd Quarter 0 - 7
4th Quarter 26 - 34
My question is...Although the Huskers are scoring well in the 2nd and 4th
quarters, why are they giving up so many more points during that period? Is
this fatigue, due to poor conditioning; a lack of heart; a lack of
concentration; something else?
