[Husker] Is It Really Back to This?

Are we really spending all this bandwidth rehashing the Frank Solich and
Bill Callahan situation? And people openly wonder why so many listers
have left the list and/or don't contribute anymore.
Last time I checked there is a pretty big game this weekend in Lincoln -
one for the lead in the B12 North. Anyone have anything to say about
that or do we want to talk only about stuff that happened almost 3 years
ago?
I wasn't able to see the OSU game live as I was moving, but I did catch
the Coach Callahan Show yesterday. I thought the Huskers looked good on
both sides of the ball in the 1st and 3rd quarters, not so good in the
2nd quarter and pretty awful in the 4th quarter. Individually it looked
like Brandon Jackson and Adam Carriker had great games, too bad not a
lot of other players followed suit. I was also disappointed in the
number of dropped passes it seemed like we had, especially by Hardy.
As for Missouri, it is going to be a tough game. Chase Daniel is the
real deal and they have 3 big physical receivers in Franklin, Coffman &
Rucker that could give our undersized DB's fits. As with almost every
game this season we will need to get a strong pass rush and get to
Daniel or it could be a looooong day in Lincoln. When we have the ball I
think we will be able to run on the Tigers using our quartet of backs,
and we will want to do so to try and chew some clock. If the Huskers can
limit the turnovers and mental errors that have plagued us in big games
this season I see a win somewhere in the 28-21 or 31-24 range.
Go Big Red!
Jeff
