As far as I know, it still is....and it seems to be down more than any 
other free message board that I know of.

 From the few times I've had the displeasure of reading that board, I 
don't think they could pay me $20 to post there.  The conversations on 
this list is usually much better, and more varied.  And I feel it's 
worth taking the time to thank Mike Nolan for all he has done to keep 
this thing running over the years.
