The first home run hit the football press box (for those of you who know
where that is), and the second home run was a shot, too. After Buckman's
second home run, the next Husker hit the ball over 400 ft also, it just
went into center field instead of right field, and was caught right at the
wall.

Minnesota loaded the bases twice. A pick-off at second ended the first
rally, and a fly to left field ended the second - after Minnesota had
scored a run. The way nebraska played defense, it was clear they were
trying hard to give up a run, and they finally did, late in the game.

I guess I thought he gave up more than three hits, but.... I suppose
that's scoring.

Coolest play I've seen in a while. Nearly met the pitch at home, catcher
was obviously distracted and dropped the ball. Probably helped that
Gorsett was batting, because he can really mash the ball, and I'm sure
that's all of the Gopher crew was thinking about at the time.

two errors on a single play. He bobbled a grounder, then overthrew the
first baseman.

Most of the hardware was won by Huskers. MVP of the tournamet was Luke
Gorsett. In Saturday's game, he took a single pitch early and blasted the
ball into left field
