[Husker] Another QB?

NU has reportedly offered a scholarship to JC QB Lyle Maovoe from 
California. Maovoe, who has four years to play three, would enroll this 
fall and (he says) probably redshirt. Oregon State has also offered him 
a scholarship, and CU and Utah are interested. Note at the bottom of the 
article, Steve Allen's coach says reports that Allen will not be 
eligible this fall are "premature". Uh-oh.
