[Husker] Watson now planning to return

Tony Watson, who is having a good summer in the Cape
Cod league, told Mike Anderson that he is now planning
to return for his junior year at Nebraska.

Apparantly Baltimore is still only offering lower
round money, so coming back and trying again next year
looks like his best option at this point.

However, Baltimore still could make a last-minute
offer; they will retain his rights until he attends
class next month.
