The radio play by play said eleven thousand in attendance. Of course they
said twice that NU could blow the Tigers away if they kept their foot on
their throat. (both times the lead was cut in half by MU)

"Would the boy I was yesterday, be proud of the man I am today?"

Good Day:

Not unlike Skylar's question -

Right now NU is 3-3 in the conference and 13-6 over all, what happens if NU
goes 5-5 for the remaining games ending up at 8-8 in the conference and
18-11 overall? This would be quite an improvement over last season. I cannot
imagine firing this coach if that happens, however I guess I never thought
they'd fire Frank Solich either.

I think the suspension of Joe McCray is probably one of the better things
that may have happened and we'll see how things play out. We've got Oklahoma
State in Stillwater on Tuesday (ESPN+) and Baylor at home on Saturday
(ESPN+), and both are winnable games.

I think the thing the may do Barry in though is the attendance. I've been
told that the goal for this season was averaging 10,000 per home game which
we are nowhere near doing (the Missouri crowd of 8134 was a good start
though), but we can build that number up though by having good crowds for
our remaining homes games.
