If this bill doesn't outlaw ticket brokers (the real source of the 
problem) from doing the same thing, then it will likely have the 
opposite of the desired effect.  Tickets will be more expensive since 
there would be less competition in the 2nd-hand market.  Even if it does 
outlaw those despicable companies, I'm not convinced that it would make 
Husker tickets any easier to get ahold of for the average fan.
