[Husker] Ugly

That makes perfect sense. Let's hire a guy who has no experience at the 
collegiate level, let alone what it takes to compete in the Big 12, and 
have him spend his first three years trying to figure out what's going on. 


We already have/had that problem. The idea is not repeating it.
