I think this was the game that sealed Collier's fate. I think Barry will be
on his way out probably lots quicker than expected. I don't want to be a
negative Nate, but man...the preparation for these games was horrible. They
played horrendously and Barry got outcoached, AGAIN.

I say the search committee is already cranking out the names.

Subject: [Husker] Nebraska’s Nationally-Televised First-Half Embarrassment

Halftime Score: Kansas 51, Nebraska 30

This looks like a poorly-guided unit. This isn’t a vintage Kansas squad and
they‘re pounding NU. Nebraska’s defensive "effort" is ridiculous today.
Between this and Iowa State? … very poor defense. I know, Kansas "can’t
miss"
and they’re shooting 73 percent in the first half, but that’s got a lot to
do
with the fact that no one’s guarding them.

The offense isn’t much better. 25 percent from-the-floor with three minutes
to go in the first half. NU couldn’t make a two-footer if their life
depended
on it today. Joe McCray threw up some horrible shots. Jason Dourisseau has
been a hindrance. But it’s been a true team effort.

Sheesh, anybody watching this? I don’t know if I can anymore.

Colorado’s leading at Oklahoma State at halftime, 39-30.
