It looks like the Huskers return to form in the final
two games of the 2005 season has given fund raising a
boost in the arm.  The Journal-Star reports that two
prominent boosters are getting ready to jump on board
with the first major donations in over a year.

Also, I'm not sure it's been announced here, but Troy
University officially announced their 2006 schedule
last month, which includes a September 23rd game at
Nebraska.  That likely leaves 2 "TBA" games...

In looking around for information on other rumored
2006 opponents, I came across the following story: 
Former Husker QB Micky Joseph has been named head
football coach at Desire Street Academy.  Desire moved
from New Orleans to Niceville, Florida after Hurricane
Katrina, and will move this summer to Baton Rouge.
