[Husker] Mann to miss spring ball

 Mann is expected to be ready for the start of preseason drills in August.

- Callahan said junior college transfers Victory Haines, an offensive 
lineman, and Tyrell Spain, a wideout, will be ready for the March 22 start 
of spring drills.

 - David Dyches, a junior place-kicker, has transferred to Northern Colorado 
"to get an opportunity to start,"
