To embellish on Alan's point, last year NU signed 18 HS seniors (they did
not all enroll) and one prep school recruit. As rated by Rivals, they
included: 1 five-star player, 7 four-star players, 7 three-star players, 2
two-star players and 2 zero-star players (and one of those - Slauson - was
more accurately rated at three stars as a HS senior). This year, the eleven
HS seniors committed to NU at the moment include 1 four-star player, 9
three-star players and 1 two-star player.
