[Husker] why we need basketball at Nebraska

Nah, we don't need basketball at NU. Basketball is
fly-over country for me....has been for an extremely
long time.
College baseball is right around the corner. NU
sports has become football and baseball for me, and
it's been that way since the 1st VanHorn season. I
remember that 1st year. KLIN was about the only
station doing the ball games. I still lived in
Lincoln and was doing yard work listening to those
games.
Basketball? I haven't listend to a game since Nee was
here. I wasn't a Nee "person", but that's the last
time I remember listening to a basketball game.
It was hard not going to a bowl game last year. It
made the wait until baseball extremely long.
